We have a holistic approach to training by focusing on physical fitness as well as developing self defence skills and mental wellbeing.
Our culture is very important to us as well as maintaining a safe and supportive training environment. We see our selves as more than a martial arts centre – we are a community.
We develop functional fitness, conditioning and core strength via regular training while learning a practical skill set. We focus on developing both the physical skillset and mindset to achieve your training goals.
Our classes incorporate meditation to help focus the mind, develop mindfulness and awareness from a martial arts self defence perspective. This is to contribute to the individual’s general wellbeing through regular practice.
We develop resilience, tenacity and perseverance through regular training which includes mental and physical challenges. We encourage people to challenge their perceived limits and expectations to develop a growth mind set and go beyond their comfort zone.
